The case involves numerous nuances, including the debtors have irrevocable trusts and an alleged $35,000,000 blanket lien.
Bryant and Sanders argued to get depositions of the debtors of a debtor, including trustees, motion for order in aid, hearing date of debtor who claimed illness prevented his ability to be deposed, motion to levy on stock, and motion for charging orders. Meantime, they fended off the bank’s motion to intervene.
