N.C. Attorney Kirk Sanders taught a course at the North Carolina Bar Association’s Annual Paralegal Meeting.

Kirk discussed the pitfalls of powers of attorneys, warning signs, the fraud triangle, and how to litigate cases where the power of attorney has caused harm to the principal.
