Matthew Bryant

In keeping with the general business practice of the firm, Matthew Bryant handles all areas of business and commercial transactions. Mr. Bryant's primary focus is on business litigation and corporate transactions. He also handles the firm's environmental, employment, commercial real estate, appellate, copyright, and trademark matters. He has successfully handled numerous appeals in State and Federal courts. Mr. Bryant received his law degree from Wake Forest School of Law in 1995.

Prior to law school, Mr. Bryant had served in the U.S. Navy as a Division Officer in the Persian Gulf, and as a systems analyst for the Department of the Navy's ship construction command. He graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1985 with a degree in American History. He is a member of the North Carolina and Forsyth County bar. He serves on several local boards: the Bethesda Center for the Homeless, St. Paul Summer Enrichment, and the Triad Youth Lacrosse Association.
