Kenneth C. Otis ("Casey") was born in Stamford Connecticut in 1972. Casey graduated from Davidson College in 1995 and spent three years on Capitol Hill as an aide to Senator Connie Mack (R-Fl) before attending law school at Wake Forest University.
Mr. Otis joined the firm in 2003 and he handles a wide array of commercial and corporate matters from litigation and intellectual property to real estate. Mr. Otis' primary concentration is intellectual property, commercial litigation and corporate transactions. Mr. Otis is the trademark counsel to the ECHL, a minor league hockey league with 28 teams. Casey advises the league on trademark issues and manages the leagues trademark portfolio. Mr. Otis also advises clients on copyright and trademark licensing issues.
Prior to joining Hendrick & Bryant LLP, Mr. Otis practiced in Charlotte.
